On the eastern shores of Utah Lake in Vineyard, Utah a new civic center is taking shape with over 22 million square feet of mixed-use buildings and 50 acres of parks. Cardo, in partnership with Michael Watkins Architect, worked with the development team and architects to refine several of the mixed-use buildings in the neighborhood. Cardo provided insight on materials, window and door patterns, and other facade elements to create architecture that complimented and enhanced the surrounding community.
